ContractorLicenseCost.us is an independent informational directory of US contractor license fees. Questions about this policy can be sent to contact@contractorlicensecost.us.

2. Information We Collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and there are no forms on this site that collect personal information. The fee calculators run in your browser — the numbers you enter are not sent to us. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, and we use them only to reply.

3. Analytics and Measurement Tools

Like most websites, we use measurement tools to understand which pages are useful and which are confusing. The tools running on this site are:

• Google Analytics (GA4) — counts visits and shows us which pages, states, and trades readers use, in aggregate. It sets cookies to distinguish one visit from another.
• Microsoft Clarity — records how visitors move through pages (mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling) and builds heatmaps, so we can see where a layout confuses people. Clarity masks the contents of text fields. These recordings are about page behavior, not about identifying you.
